We may think we become less present with ourselves because we are anxious, because we are over-stimulated or because we are under-stimulated. However the real reason we feel less present and disconnected is because we can’t find a meaningful connection.
What Do We Need to Meaningfully Connect?
- Awareness about how we are today – physically, mentally and emotionally.
- Awareness of what we need today – support, activity, rest, company, alone time.
- Awareness about how the time of year is making us feel – ( like containing our energy or going with the flow and being expansive. )
- Awareness about what makes us feel alive ( passions, our calling ) and what makes us feel no life, no energy, lack lustre.
Then we need to keep being our AUTHENTIC selves and give ourselves permission in every moment to choose LIFE!
