Say Goodbye to the Highly Sensitive Fatigue Loop!

tired animal

When we can’t find or choose not to find a way to meaningfully connect, we become tired.

When we are tired we can no longer enjoy the feeling of meaningful connection.

And so it goes on . . .

Somehow we have to break the loop.

How do we do that?

Look for the subtle things in ever day life – the rhythms, the patterns, the shapes, the colour and the texture.  You will find it in your story,  your body, and nature.

Drink it in and then don’t forget to express yourself through art, sound and movement.

Don’t be passive. Connection comes through involvement and interaction.  Highly Sensitives never really switch off. We might do things that we find relaxing but connection is at the heart of everything we do. We don’t do anything for the sake of doing it. We do everything for the experience.

Keep yourself tanked up. Enjoy that wonderful feeling of meaningful connection as much as you possibly can! Then you can say goodbye to the fatigue loop for ever!

About jenniewilliamsonline

Hi. Welcome to my blog. I am a visionary and my vision is to see more people healthy, happy and fulfilled. My Insights: Relationship is bigger than the interaction. Creativity is bigger than the project. Journey is bigger than the plans of the day. Vulnerability is the new self-sufficiency. Feeling good enough is the new enlightenment. Attachment is the new detachment. Sensitivity is being alive - Soulfulness is our deep heart-felt response to being alive. Separation is the biggest cause of dis-ease. Healing is transformation. The Christian message is an invitation to a warm embrace with God.
