My Son’s Love of Pigeons!

I just can’t fathom the depth of my son’s love of nature but it is really beautiful to see and I wanted to share this with you.

This is Luca’s story (age 8 1/2)

My love of pigeons

I have a very large love of pigeon’s I don’t just ignore them I  look at it and get my camera and take loads of photos. We have a pigeon who comes at meal times and likes the bird seed and water. He gets larger by the day. And has green white and pink colours this means it is a wood pigeon. I have a power to be able to coo for them and they coo back and one more fly’s on. I think that they are like friends I have a very special relationship with them with the pigeon who comes at meal times it is my new friend.

First he is not sure about me

Then he likes me

And then he says goodbye and flies away!

Creativity is bigger than the project. Journey is bigger than the plans of the day. Vulnerability is the new self-sufficiency. Feeling good enough is the new enlightenment. Attachment is the new detachment. Sensitivity is being alive - Soulfulness is our deep heart-felt response to being alive. Separation is the biggest cause of dis-ease. Healing is transformation. The Christian message is an invitation to a warm embrace with God.

  1. Wonderful. I love when critters make my garden a home. Well, usually – I don’t like slugs.
