Chronic Fatigue Syndrome – The Hidden Story about Energy and Vitality!

basket ball

Luca (recovering from chronic fatigue) has made such giant leaps forward lately and is now able to stay out with us doing something active for an hour. Today he said “But I still can’t do a really long walk Mummy” and started to describe the longer walks we used to do as a family when he was fully well. I reminded him that he had played basket ball for half an hour the other day and said that was equivalent to walking a mile and he said said “Ah yes, but then I was being playful. When I am playful I have more energy”

Luca knows that energy isn’t just about the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. He knows that it runs deeper than that. His journey has taught him that it is about connecting with your voice, your passion, your creativity and ultimately your soul.

About jenniewilliamsonline

Hi. Welcome to my blog. I am a visionary and my vision is to see more people healthy, happy and fulfilled. My Insights: Relationship is bigger than the interaction. Creativity is bigger than the project. Journey is bigger than the plans of the day. Vulnerability is the new self-sufficiency. Feeling good enough is the new enlightenment. Attachment is the new detachment. Sensitivity is being alive - Soulfulness is our deep heart-felt response to being alive. Separation is the biggest cause of dis-ease. Healing is transformation. The Christian message is an invitation to a warm embrace with God.
