The HIghly Soulful and Intuitive Child – Painting the Taste of a Strawberry!

When we think of high sensitivity it is easy to think we must protect ourselves and our children from the chaotic over-whelming world. But maybe we are missing a trick. It is the sensitives who can feel the world so deeply and drink of its beauty,  scent,  sounds and  feeling. We may need to avoid certain situations that we find over-stimulating but in doing so lets not shut out life itself.

Today Luca and I met up with a friend and her son and we painted the taste fruit!

To read about how to help you child embrace their senses as a way to heal or simply enjoy their sensitivities please see Luca’s book ‘Why Are Pebbles So Smooth?’ You can find it on ‘My Son’s Story’ page and there is also a link in the sidebar.

About jenniewilliamsonline

Hi. Welcome to my blog. I am a visionary and my vision is to see more people healthy, happy and fulfilled. My Insights: Relationship is bigger than the interaction. Creativity is bigger than the project. Journey is bigger than the plans of the day. Vulnerability is the new self-sufficiency. Feeling good enough is the new enlightenment. Attachment is the new detachment. Sensitivity is being alive - Soulfulness is our deep heart-felt response to being alive. Separation is the biggest cause of dis-ease. Healing is transformation. The Christian message is an invitation to a warm embrace with God.
